How it Works

 

Step 1: Give us a call, email us, or ship us the items you want to be sold. You will need to fill out a contract which can be downloaded on the Contact Us page.



Step 2: Our experienced staff will conduct some quick online research to estimate the online resale value of your items. If you have any useful background information on the items please let us know. That information can be helpful in selling the items for the most amount. Then we get to work photographing your items and writing up the listings. Items will be launched online within 14 days, often sooner.



Step 3: Watch the Action. Once we list your item(s) online, we’ll send you an email with a link to each auction so that you can watch all the bidding action as it occurs. Many of our sellers tell us this part is as fun as getting their final check!



Step 4: After the item sells we collect payment from the buyer, professionally pack your item, and then ship it to the buyer.



Step 5: We mail you a check or send the funds to your PayPal account.



Minimum Sales Value


We are glad to handle most items with an estimated resale value of $75 and above. We only sell items that are small enough to ship (less than 80 pounds and not much bigger than 30″ x 30″ x 30″) and are not easily breakable like china or crystal.

How much will I make selling items through Texasconsignmentshop.com?



There is no upfront fee to list your item (unless special services are requested), and there is no charge if your item does not sell. For each item that sells, we deduct (1) the consignment service fee which ranges from 30% – 35% and (2) the out-of-pocket marketplace fees (eBay / etsy / other online website).

….THEN we send you a check for the rest! Generally, you will net approximately 50% – 60% depending on the final selling price.
